In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

We chose a designers choice and they were so beautiful and high quality flowers and greenery. The card was beautifully handwritten. It cheered up our Mom like we hoped and were so thankful. Delivery was done less than 24 hours after ordering. We would highly recommend!

A great experience. Order was delivered on time. Which because it was a birthday on Valentines Day was fantastic, I know they were busy. I ordered the designers choice and it was fresh and beautiful.

I sent a premium Designers Choice arrangement to my Mom for Mother's Day. I made that selection because florists aren't able to keep every flower in their website arrangements on hand. I am so glad I did. My Mom said it was the best arrangement she had ever received. And I have shelled out alot more money on previous occasions with different florists. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

Fantastic product. Effective online ordering. Above and beyond customer service. I ordered the designer’s choice from the website. Without asking for it, they inferred that I was ordering Valentine flowers for my wife and daughter based off the note I wrote. They took that information and delivered a separate, smaller bouquet for my daughter in addition to the most beautiful full bouquet. It was just the sweetest gesture and secured my loyalty to this company. I recommend this company to anybody that is in the area and I’m happy I’ll never have to find another florist as long as I live here. Bravo to you and the whole team, Fleur!
