Fleur Fresca didn’t have my exact order so they upgraded me to another arrangement. Communication was excellent, and they were still able to fulfill my delivery within the same day. I chose this florist based on reviews and their location being in close proximity to the recipient. They did such a wonderful job I’ll use them again.

I want to start this by saying that the recipient of the arrangement was VERY happy with it. It is pretty, but nothing like what I hoped she'd receive. I realize that substitutions are made, but what she received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I wanted something sweet and tranquil (like pictured) as my daughter-in-law just lost a baby. What she received was more modern and tropical, yet it came in a rustic, wash tub type, container which seemed out of place. I also paid for the highest upgraded version and feel there should have been more plants in the container. There were four. All in all, she loved it and that's what matters.

This florist was amazing! Not only did they same day deliver, the product was made with care and compassion. They communicated every step of the way and provided a picture once delivered. I will definitely use them again!
